More specifically, the main items of work are as follows: *Establish the site. *Erect "Heras" fencing around the perimeter of the site. *Ease and adjust doors to tower. *Fully / partially strip existing external paint coatings. *Fully / partially strip existing internal paint coatings. *Prepare and redecorate lighthouse. *Replace all defective mastic *Replace missing infill panels to railings. *Carry out minor repairs to roof and coat with 3M. *Remove rotten tank timbers and infill with concrete. *Dismantle "Heras" fencing. *Clear the site.
