The solution must meet the needs of customers who are financially vulnerable and cannot access and or experience difficulties operating standard banking products to receive their benefit or pension payments. DWP reserves the right to withdraw or amend the current intention to proceed to procurement stage at any time. Additional information: DWP would like to invite up to two representatives from each potential supplier organisation to attend the engagement event to share current product(s) or future innovation, that meet the high level requirements outlined, via a presentation that will be scheduled during the day.
