The successful supplier would need to provide, maintain and further develop an online ordering and stock management system. Upon receipt of an online order, from either a WMCA customer, or WMCA, the supplier shall pick the relevant product in the quantities requested, from the stock stored, and deliver them to the customer. Additional information: This procurement is not split into Lots, however the services being procured are split in two separate provisions for which suppliers are invited to tender for either one or both. The rationale behind the split in two different provisions is the different technicalities of the two. In particular, Provision 1 will be in the form of a single supplier framework, while Provision 2 will be in the form of a services agreement.
