## Summary

Wigan Council has established a framework for the provision of Building and Associated Works, with a total estimated value of £4,000,000. ## Notice

Wigan Council intends to procure a panel of contractors to be part of a framework covering Building and Associated works. The framework will consist of 2 lots. Lot 1 will have a value of up to PS100,000 and lot 2 will have a value of from PS100,000 to PS250,000. The scope of works within this framework is Building and Associated works. This includes, but is not limited to, general building, construction and alterations to Council premises and the like. The Council is looking to appoint between 5-6 contractors per lot. These will be the top 5-6 highest scoring bidders provided there are sufficient compliant and satisfactory responses within the tender. Potential providers submitting responses must be able to deliver all of the works required for the project, either themselves or through their direct supply chain. The framework period is 3 years.
