## Notice

Solent NHS Trust has undertaken a below threshold procurement for a Well Led Development Review. The aim of this review is to assess the leadership and governance of the Trust as described in the Developmental reviews of leadership and governance using the well-led framework: guidance for NHS Trusts and NHS foundation Trusts June 2017 and to identify developmental actions in response. It is expected that a purchase order for this service will be issued to the successful supplier.
