## Summary

The "Jobs Guarantee (National Rollout)" procurement process is being led by SERCO LIMITED, aimed at providing education and training services. This initiative is set to take place in England and Wales, with a focus on delivering comprehensive support for unemployed young individuals. As the current procurement stage is "Planning", interested parties should note the engagement end date is on 16th June 2026. The scheme is designed to roll out fully funded, six-month paid jobs in a bid to improve the long-term employment prospects for eligible individuals aged 18-24 who have been on Universal Credit. The delivery of this project is set to begin in November 2026, lasting for two years.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses, especially SMEs and voluntary community social enterprises (VCSEs), to participate as delivery partners. Organisations with a strong background in education, training, and employment support are well-positioned to benefit. The procurement process seeks partners to administer the scheme, work with employers, and provide wraparound support and training. With the potential to impact unemployment positively and contribute to workforce development, engaged businesses can enhance their reputation and expand their service offerings through meaningful collaboration in this governmental initiative.
