Step Up service provision will be for individuals know to Birmingham Solihull Mental Health FoundationTrusts(BSMHFT) and Forward Thinking Birmingham (FTB) services, presenting with a wide range of mentalissues, who are experiencing a mental health crisis an cannot manage at home, but are not in need of inpatienttreatment, Anticipated split of 9 male and 8 female beds. Step down provision is for individuals who have completed acute care within a BSMHFT hospital and are readyto return to the community but are unprepared socially to leave hospital. Anticipated split of beds 6 male and 5female beds Step Down provision is for individuals who have completed acute care within a BSMHFT hospitaland are ready to return to the community but are unprepared socially to leave hospital.
