No information contained this notice or in any communication made between the Bank and any Supplier in connection with this Tender shall be relied upon as constituting a contract, agreement or representation that any contract shall be offered. The Bank reserves the right to change the basis of, or the procedures for, the Process, to terminate the Process at any time or not to award any contract. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST: the bidders should register interest by email to the address stated above before the deadline, and register on www.bankofenglandtenders.co.uk in parallel (please note that it takes roughly two working days for registration to take effect). Bidders are required to submit the completed Supplier Questionnaire (SQ) via the portal by the deadline stated. The tender documents will be re-issued on 13th August to a minimum of five bidders who have passed and scored the highest on the SQ.
