The University of Westminster is seeking to maintain, or improve on, existing service delivery standards across the service. We are also seeking an "intelligent" and experienced partner who will actively contribute to service improvements, innovation and contract cost reduction throughout the life of the contract. There is also a specific procurement aim to include library services within the main contract, as opposed to retaining this service as an additional cost item.
