## Notice

The requirement is divided into three lots, namely:- 1. Express Freight Services 2. Pallet Services; and 3. Specials. Key elements include: mobilisation of service, capacity assurance, capacity flexibility, managed service, supplier services & value for money. The service(s) will need to be fully operational by 24th October 2019 to allow for testing in advance of full operational sign off by the 31st October 2019.
