The initial projects are: * Civic Halls Restoration : restoration and refurbishment of Grade 2 listed performance venue : Construction cost PS25m * City Learning Quarter : create a learning hub of flexible spaces in the City Centre, to meet the future needs of key learning partners : Project value up to PS50m The Council has a number of other regeneration and construction projects in development which it will also require support with.
