The proposed outcome Must include but not be limited to:- - All of the purchasing options open to the Council (PSN Framework, Select, EA, SCE, etc.) - Indicative Capital and Revenue costs for MS Products so that the Council can formulate a clear set of software solutions to deliver strategic aims - Advice in respect of Virtualisation Licensing costs - Advice regarding the optimal Enterprise Agreement Model - The report MUST detail; o Licensing options and indicative costs o Long term strategic product options and considerations to make financial savings
