By participating in this tender, organisations can significantly expand their client base within the public sector and strengthen their reputation in the health services industry. ## Notice For this project Leeds City College are looking to engage with a supplier to work with the in house HR department and Health and Safety teams to reduce overall employee sickness and absence, to address the causes of work related ill-health, to promote general wellbeing and implement an occupational health management system which is electronically enabled, presenting a self-service portal for staff while offering some reporting and higher functionality for back office HR and management staff. A full list of core requirements has been included in the documentation provided. The contract would be to provide the full suite of core requirements, any additional requirements should they be requested and provided, if appropriate, by the awarded supplier at an additional cost. The length of the contract will be two years (24 months) with an option to extend by a further year (12 months) at the mutual agreement of the college and the awarded partner provider. Further extensions may be offered subsequent to this. Expressions of interest may be accepted until 28/12/2018 while tender submissions will be accepted until 31/12/2018. Additional information: The Procurement Process will be managed in house by Leeds City College's procurement function via the College's eTendering portal, which provides a secure delivery mechanism and an auditable record of the process. There is no cost associated with using the portal and merely requires a short registration process. The eTendering portal can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/fe/aspx/Home All documents will be made available through the In-Tend portal. All communication and clarification must be made through the In-Tend portal where possible. This ensures that a complete audit trail of the process is achieved. Questions raised which result in additional information being provided will be shared with all organisations together with Leeds City College's response, but will not breach any area of commercially sensitive or confidential information. Tenders must remain open for consideration (unless previously formally withdrawn) for not less than 12 weeks from the date fixed for the submission of the Tender. Leeds City College accepts no liability for any costs incurred by organisations in respect of preparing and submitting documentation to any element of the procurement process.
