PS150,000 has been secured as part of the Welcome Back Fund for the design and delivery of a Winter Lights Festival. This work is supported by The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) Welcome Back Fund, established through a grant from the European Regional Development Fund (EDRF).
