Our intention is to award this Lease for a period of ten years. Break is available within the lease after Year 5 (on the fifth anniversary of the term commencement date). A full copy of the draft Lease will be available in the tender pack to be published 18/02/19. The total value of this Lease over the entire period, (as detailed above), will be in the region of PS10M.
