## Notice

West Midlands Employers (WME) is managing this service on behalf of a partnership of public sector organisations and is seeking a highly competitive price for these services. QCF endorsed level 5 Certificate coaching and mentoring qualification WME manages the WM Coaching & Mentoring Pool as a shared service for our councils and other public sector participants; as part of this service, we offer access to a coaching and mentoring qualification. Our subscribers may also request we deliver an inhouse programme. (A more detailed overview about the WM Coaching and Mentoring Pool and requirements for this tender are outlined in section 2). When we procure services on behalf of our public sector customers we do so to be able to offer best value prices that are also competitive compared to other providers. We are ideally looking for a blended approach to delivery and request that when quoting you consider that WME will need to add costs to cover our resourcing and venue fees and still offer a competitive price. WME requires you to quote for a Level 5 coaching and mentoring qualification programme for 8-12 delegates and your tiered pricing for extra participants up to a total of 16 delegates per programme. Please also provide pricing for delivery of 'in-house' programmes commissioned by WME for individual organisations if the fee differs.
