Re-tendering of the integrated community equipment services in line with the Corporate Procurement Regulations To commission access to appriopriate equipment that enables Service Users to live more independently. Demand on equipment is increasing as a result of the ageing population, user expectations and advances in technology and medical services as well as a move to caring for people more appropriately in their own homes rather than hospitals or care homes.
