If leasing your system(s) is an option please also indicate how much a lease (i.e. rental fee) would cost to include any maintenance required during this period and/or any bespoke consumables if applicable. We would only consider leasing equipment if there was a financial benefit to the Agency, i.e. after X years lease, the Agency would own the equipment and/or the rental fee deducted from the overall purchase. If no submissions (by close of play 29 May 2019) of potential interest are received, it is then intended to perform a direct award without competition to the sole supplier we believe can supply this system.
