## Notice

Service provision includes collection and delivery of items meeting the following criteria: * Up to 2000g (2kg) in weight; * Up to 450mm x 350mm x 80 mm in size; * Unsorted; and * Non-Machinable Collection and Delivery shall take place outside of office hours (before 09.00, after 17.00), and delivered next working day. Due to the sensitivity of the items transported a closed delivery network is required - management of the items remains solely with the provider from collection to delivery, and they are not passed onto a third party.
