The Trust currently uses 72GWh of gas and 26GWh of electricity annually and has future plans to install CHPs during the next supply period (within June'19 and June'20) which will vary consumption levels for both commodities. The estimated annual demand after the CHPs installation is of 102GWh for gas and 7GWh for electricity. The Trust is looking to appoint a supplier to work with over the coming years enabling the control of the commodity price exposure through a flexible procurement solution. It is envisaged that this will comprise a 36-month contract with an option to extend by 6months maximum two times, this option will be at the sole discretion of the Trust.
