## Summary

The contracting authority for this procurement process is the Ministry of Defence (MoD), located in Andover, England. The tender titled "COMSIM" focuses on the industry category of training simulators and has entered the award stage as of 2 January 2020. The total contract value is £141,522.24, and the contract period runs from 2 January 2020 to 3 January 2021. The procurement method used was a direct approach through a single tender action, allowing for a streamlined process given that the tender was below the financial threshold, with a tender period that ended on 16 December 2019.

This opportunity offers substantial potential for business growth, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) experienced in providing maintenance services and training for technical simulators. Companies with expertise in telecommunications and defence technology, particularly those adept at systems integration and technical support, would find this tender well-suited to their capabilities. Potential suppliers should be prepared to engage in ongoing maintenance and support under the contract terms to effectively fulfil the requirements outlined by the Ministry of Defence.
