Removal and Porterage services are required from and to the various Trust locations, in order to transport a range of items, such as IT kit, items of furniture to a central location, the main secondhand furniture storage area being our Mildenhall Storage at Unit 5 Wallis Court, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DD. Removals and Porterage, including some packing and unpacking for office moves is also a requirement, but where the service includes this element, it is intended to seek quotes based on a time related charge. The intention is to create a call off order for goods and service without any guaranteed levels of spend for our Estates Management Team to use for a period of three years with the option to extend for two (2) further periods of up to twelve (12) months, from the acceptance of any offer.
