## Notice

To provide an adequate and sufficient decontamination service for surgical instrumentation from the service provider to RDASH Services are to be provided as economically as possible under safe properly controlled conditions, integral with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9002, ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 The sterile services department meets legislative compliance and the requirements of the Medical Devices Directive 93/42/EEC. This service will require collection and distribution within the South Yorkshire region only.
