The proportion of works is expected to be approximately: 80% Mechanical; 20% Electrical, Control and Instrumentation. Although, the Framework Agreement has a duration of four years, the initial award will be for a period of two years (February 2017 to January 2019). Thereafter, two further one year extensions can be awarded at the sole discretion of the Employer.
