## Notice

The Department for Transport (DfT) invites tenders for the replacement of the emergency back-up generator at the International Maritime Organization, London. The particulars of the requirement are as follows. * Site location: International Maritime Organization, 4 Albert Embankment, Lambeth, London, SE1 7SR * Nature and objectives of the works : Make safe, decommission, disconnect and complete the removal and disposal of the existing generator set and its associated components. Subsequently, complete the installation of a replacement generator including associated ventilation, electrical, fire detection, fire suppression, demolition, construction works testing and commissioning. The project is to be delivered within time and within budget. * Construction estimate: PS400k * Construction period: 4th Sept - 13th October 2017 * Procurement route: Competitive tender advertised on Contracts Finder and managed through the AWARD tendering portal. (Suppliers must email Amaan.hardoyal@dft.gsi.gov.uk to register on AWARD) * Contract: NEC3 Option A ALL BIDS TO BE RECEIVED NO LATER THEN NOON ON 23 JUNE 2017 VIA THE AWARD E-TENDERING PORTAL.
