The agency will also be required to liaise with potential and confirmed participants - which will include high-net-worth / ultra-high-net-worth individuals and supporters of British Council - on their travel arrangements and to process their trip payments. Travel programmes will be paid for by the participants; the agency will be required to produce a budget for each individual travel programme that incorporates all costs (including British Council staff attendance) and therefore advises: a) the suggested cost to participants, and b) the minimum number of participants required to ensure that the programme operates cost neutrally to the British Council.
