Birmingham Wellbeing Service seeks to commission consultancy support to deliver the following outcomes: Production of a collaborative EOI for the local delivery pilot funding stream with Sport England o Production and management of a detailed vision for collaborative delivery approach for work for Sport England going forward. o Production of a map of stakeholders and key strategic partners for wellbeing service and externalised organisation o Production of a statement of intent for our strategic collaborations linked to our vision for external audience. o Development of an Internal Position statement around collaboration for the future; SWOT/PEST analysis around who we will be working with and who our collaborators could be o Production and management of Commissioning intelligence around local reach and how we position ourselves in relation to commissioning aspirations o production of a governance culture change action plan BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
