Attached is a "needs analysis" which provides evidence of the current status in the town and surrounding area. Administration will be by means of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). As this is our first outing into Youth work we would find a rigid contract too restrictive and will work with the service provider to refine the SLA to suit both organisations.
