The assessment of all relevant items scheduled within the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) on a five (5) year cycle for every property and the completion of an EICR. The rectification of faults which deem the installation to be dangerous or potentially dangerous in accordance with the parameters set within this Specification.
