The works consist of the following: * The replacement of roof coverings and all underlays including structural member replacements if necessary. * Replacement of doors with new up-and-over garage doors. * Replacement of rainwater goods with new aluminium. * Undertaking any masonry repairs and/or concrete repairs depending on the garage construction. * Application of slurry damp proofing to the existing garage floors.
