CCW will lead the contract and act as project manager. 2.1 Business Objectives The aim of the survey is to establish a full and reflective understanding of consumer satisfaction with the service provided to them by CCW. 2.2 Key Objectives - To undertake short telephone surveys using data provided by CCW; - To obtain sufficient responses to determine statistically robust levels of satisfaction with the service provided by CCW; - To enable comparison of results with previous survey outcomes; and - To receive analysis of survey responses as management information.
