This has been identified as a key objective for the council. The Council is therefore inviting experienced entertainment venue consultants, with a proven track record of working with organisations to deliver large-scale venues, to submit tenders based on their interest in undertaking such a feasibility study based on this objective ("the Contract"). Additional information: This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender).
