This contract will enable the Council to: * Quickly flex up and down the right delivery capacity to meet the scale of change for each activity - getting the right skills on board for the right period of time * Bridge existing gaps in capability with the right experienced resource A strategic partner is required to enable us to meet the outcomes described in our Digital and Technology Service Strategy. The Digital and Technology Service covers a wide range of areas including: * design, delivery and support of technical services (primarily based on Microsoft and OutSystems core technologies) * information governance including cyber security, data protection, information management and records management * consultancy and digital services, including user research, service design, UI/UX design, business analysis, market assessment, options analysis and project and delivery management. We require a partner to work with us, helping provide both capability and capacity to move our organisation forward.
