The scope of the contract is to: * Reroof areas as shown on drawings. * Window and door replacement * Refurbishment of existing internal rooms to form a new SEMH unit * Form a new accessible WC * Form a new Multi Purpose Room including new kitchen cabinets and worktops, * Install new floor coverings. * Install new ceilings. * Redecoration * External works including new fencing and gates * Install a new canopy * Form a new car parking area on rear playground * Resurface existing front car park * Asbestos Removal * Associated Electrical and Mechanical works (see separate specifications) *Boiler Replacement
