Works will include: Strip out of existing walls, floors, ceilings Installation of new electrics, lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, fire safety systems New windows, doors, kitchenette, bathroom facilities Structural openings, stair access Compliance with accessibility and building regulations The finished redeveloped floor will allow for flexible commercial use.
