In the medium to long term, it is likely that as the business application portfolio is reviewed and renewed, applications which are currently hosted may move to cloud, e.g. SaaS North Star is looking to appoint one single supplier to provide and support the full scope of requirements as defined in the TSoR, including core infrastructure, end-user device provisioning (e.g. thin client server farm and associated storage), connectivity and security. This shall include hosting or provision of the telephony services including SIP trunks.
