This will include publicity via LGA communication channels to ICT leaders who are potential employers of these 'returners'. 4.Provide a flexible and modular approach to learning for candidates with different levels of experience in ICT (e.g. entry level to senior level) This may result in two separate cohorts to cater for returners with varying experience and knowledge. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
