It also aims to identify the timescales involved in establishing such programmes, the resources required, and any potential obstacles that may be encountered. The event should ideally be attended by heads of service with professional responsibility for managing service delivery, plus those that would be able to propose business cases for service expansion / new service creation within their organisation.
