## Notice

The Council will be using the OJEU Open Procurement Procedure and submissions must be returned by 12 noon on 29th September 2017, in accordance with the instructions in the documents. All tender documents are available via the portal. As part of the tender process Sunderland City Council intend to hold tender clarification briefings on 5th September 2017 at Sunderland Civic Centre, full details including how to register are contained in the tender pack.
