The mobile concession units would be expected to start week commencing Monday 28th May 2022 and to be on site until Friday 30th September 2022 (4-month concession). The kiosk units would be expected to start after Wednesday 15th June and can operate until Monday 27th March 2023 Sites: a. Promenade south of the Pyramids site (Mobile unit) b. Pembroke Road Spur (Mobile unit) c. Hardstanding to the east of the Long Shelter (Kiosk) d. Unit adjacent to the Hovertravel terminal (Kiosk) Suppliers can bid for one or more sites.
