The Quality Assessment survey, known as the Quality Compass survey, is a tool developed by the Authority which assesses the quality of care given by providers who are commissioned by the Authority to provide care for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health issues. The Authority has commissioned an online integrated information technology system to carry out Quality Assessment Surveys using key quality-indicators and shall produce clear, readable reports outlining the results of the Quality Assessment Surveys.
