The key aims of this SMT exercise are as follows: - To understand Provider interest in some or all of the services - To discover new and innovative delivery models for some or all of the services - To suggest a mobilisation period and test if this is viable - To share a suggested timetable of the commissioning process Organisations that are interested in participating in this exercise are asked to return this questionnaire via the London Tenders Portal no later than 15:00 on 12th July 2017. All information provided in the questionnaire responses and the subsequent discussions will be strictly confidential and will provide insight into the most commissioning option for this contract.
