## Notice

The Council has a duty under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (as amended) to kennel stray dogs for a minimum period of seven clear days, including any dogs defined in Section 1 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 as a banned breed. This duty is over seen by the Councils internal Dog Warden Service. Through this Service the Council requires a suitably experienced Contractor to provide Kennelling Service's for stray dogs throughout the Bradford District. From 1st April 2017 - 31 March 2018 The Council had the following requirements under this service: 250 dogs required kennelling of which; 100 dogs were reclaimed 120 dogs were re homed 30 dogs were put to sleep
