## Notice

Northrop Grumman were responsible for the original development and maintenance of this counter measuring hardware installed on multiple platforms. The Authority has determined this single source contract is excluded from Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 under Regulation 7(1)(a) in conjunction with Regulation 6(3A) (a). Northrop Grumman are the only supplier with the necessary technical knowledge and experience to provide the required maintenance, technical support and post-design services to the LAIRCM Hardware.
