The initiative will deliver iteratively, evolving over time - however the initial focus is on laying down foundational framework working with the Dataworks area to identify a 'Golden Thread'. During this exercise, DWP will understand how the framework can be extended beyond the bounds of Dataworks providing value to other areas of DWP as they are on-boarded.
