## Summary

The Department for Education (DfE) has completed the procurement process to engage two National Attendance & Behaviour Ambassadors, a project valued at £96,000. The procurement was conducted through a selective call-off method from a dynamic purchasing system. This initiative, focused on education and training services within England, aims to develop effective national policies for school attendance and behaviour. The procurement process spanned from the planning phase until the recent award, completed on 1st August 2025. The contract period for the two appointed suppliers, Anvil Education Ltd and Bright Green Learning, will run from 27th August 2025 to 26th August 2027.

This tender offers promising opportunities for businesses, particularly those proficient in educational consultancy and strategic policy development within the education sector. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) were specifically considered suitable candidates for participation. With the objective to enhance school attendance and behaviour practices, businesses focusing on improving educational standards, leadership, and policy development will find this an ideal avenue for growth. The awarded suppliers are expected to work alongside the DfE to shape national strategies, thereby gaining significant exposure and the opportunity to influence key educational policies.
