The Trust requires that the service provider actively build a professional relationship with the Trust. In order that in the delivery of projects the service provider acts as if it were the Trust, conducting the business of the project for and on behalf of the Trust. The forecast works contract value for the replacement, refurbishment and/or upgrade of the mechanical engineering systems across the reporting period 2018 to 2021 is estimated at cPS460,000. (This is exclusive of additional systems that may or may not be required) The intent of this professional services agreement is to provide a compliant route to market for the Trust to have the necessary commercial agility to outline a project(s) for delivery and swiftly call upon a pre-appointed partner to execute the project(s) in a timely and efficient manner for and on behalf of the Trust.
