The estate comprises 97 'Senor' EPOS terminals alongside various mobile EPOS units supporting our mobile and 'pop-up' catering operations. The University has developed this platform extensively over the past 3 years. We are now seeking to review our EPOS solution. The chosen supplier will manage the development of our existing EPOS service offerings to a platform and standard software features of the solution will be leveraged to deliver services to our customers. The selected supplier will provide a high quality Hardware and Software solution with excellent support and warranties, updated regularly and with a development roadmap to meet modern customer and business demands. The contract shall be for 3 years with extension of up to 1 plus 1 years if the services are being provided satisfactorily and if there is still a requirement.
