A Dynamic Purchasing System is, in effect, an open framework agreement to which new providers can apply to be appointed to during its life. During this period new providers will be able to gain entry onto the Dynamic Purchasing System. During this period, the Dynamic Purchasing System will re-open intermittently, during which periods new providers will be able to gain entry onto the Dynamic Purchasing System. It is envisaged that the Dynamic Purchasing System will be re-opened as and when there is a requirement for further provision. The required Events Supplies and Services Framework Agreement has been divided into the following 10 Lots: Lot 1 - Event Security and Stewarding; Lot 2 - First Aid; Lot 3 - Large Temporary Structures/Marquees; Lot 4 - Small Temporary Structures/Marquees; Lot 5 - Staging and Risers; Lot 6 - Sound and PA; Lot 7 - Lighting and Projections; Lot 8 - Barriers, Fencing and Trackway; Lot 9 - Generators and Distribution; Lot 10 - Toilets, Sanitary and Plumbing. This procurement exercise is being run as an Open Invitation to Tender and the Authority will award places on the Framework Agreement to successful Tenderers that meet the criteria as stated in the Invitation to Tender.
