NHS Southport & Formby CCG and NHS South Sefton CCG - Sefton Bladder & Bowel Prescription Service This is a contract award notice published by NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit (CSU), who are working on behalf of NHS Southport & Formby CCG and NHS South Sefton CCG who have procured the Sefton Bladder & Bowel Prescription service for patients living in the CCG areas.
